Once to replace my large deck which was completed on time and on budget -considering there were several factors to be taken into account. I found Stan to be not only a great builder, but also a great communicator and I was always kept up to date on the job. The deck is brilliant and people have commented on the workmanship.

Second time was to look at a leak in my daughters bedroom – I had no idea how big the job was or the damage it may have caused. Stan came up and found the cause of the leak and sent me a video showing how water was entering the room and also a diagram of how it would be fixed .. once again brilliant. He gave me a start date and that day he came up and fixed the problem – no more leaks!
